We’re working hard with our caterers and suppliers to increase sustainability practices for all catered events and functions in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra.

To help our customers make a better choice on sustainable catering, we have included a sustainability rating for our corporate caterers, in the form of green leaves.

Giving back to the community has always been a part of who we are.

We want to make a positive impact in the community. We will continue to build long-term relationships with our suppliers and support local businesses and Australian farmers and work together with charities and create a partnership that is in tune with our business values.

OzHarvest makes so much sense for our business, as we regularly see perfectly good food going to waste. If you have excess or unneeded corporate catering, please contact OzHarvest on 1800 108 006 and they will pick up the food and ensure it gets to the people who need it. 

You can also help this great cause by making a $1 donation through our website. Simply tick the donate box at the summary page to make a voluntary contribution. 100% of this donation is sent directly to Red Cross Disaster Relief. Best of all, we also donate $1 to the cause each time a customer donates.

We encourage and work with our customers, suppliers and staff to actively identify and implement opportunities to reduce food waste, choose reusable serving and storage options where possible, or work with partners such as OzHarvest to help the less fortunate.

We recommend and provide bio-degradable corporate catering boxes that are fully compostable, to our suppliers, to help minimise impact on the environment

Recycling paper, toner cartridges and other office equipment where possible

Reducing the amount of paper printed by using electronic documents where possible

Using paperless faxing

General energy saving by turning off lights and devices when not in use

Limiting the use of plastic and polystyrene in our office

We encourage our suppliers to buy local, seasonally available ingredients as standard and to consider the impact of food miles

We support our local Australian farmers

We don’t like to see good food go to waste and our corporate catering experts will actively provide tips, ideas and advice on catering quantities and avoid unnecessary excess
