3. Order Production & Delivery
Your selected supplier makes and delivers your order.
Platters are collected within a few days.

4. Invoicing & Follow-ups
Invoices are sent 24-48 hours after delivery. These invoices will be sent to your via email. We will also follow-up on your initial orders to ensure you are satisfied.

FAQ's

1. Who prepares & delivers the food?
We have partnered with suppliers with proven expertise in the production and delivery of delicious food. Therefore, these outstanding suppliers will be preparing & delivering your order to your location.

2. How much lead-time is required for ordering?
Lead time requirements vary based on the meal occasion you select. 120
Minutes lead is sufficient for simple lunches. However, most orders should
be placed the day before delivery is required.

3. How do I begin placing orders?
Firstly you need to set-up an account by either calling an Order-In Catering Consultant on 1300 851 900, or by filling out our online
registration form (click on the above register button).

4. How can I pay?
Corporate accounts welcomed. Order-In accepts payment via cheque, electronic
deposit and all major credit cards. Credit card payments via American Express or Diners will incur a 3.5% merchant bank fee. Payment via Visa or Mastercard will attract a 1.5% merchant fee.
Please note that payments are net 7 days. A deposit may be required on certain orders. Invoices are sent via your email address.

5. Who do I call if I need help with a menu, require custom food or a quote?
Order-In will gladly help guide you with quantities and serving sizes with
any or our menus. We can also offer to customize a menu to suit your event
or provide you with "obligation free" comprehensive and
competitive quotes. Please call 1300 851 900 to speak with a Catering
Consultant.

6. How can I modify my order?
Orders can easily be modified (by Order-In or online by you). You will
receive a confirmation of any modified order. Orders modified more than once
will incur an additional service fee of $5.00.

7. How do I cancel an order?
It is possible to cancel an order provided ample notice is given before the
order is to be delivered. All cancellations must be made by calling our
Customer Support line at 1300 851 900. Please have your receipt number ready
when wishing to cancel an order. Cancelled orders may incur a cancellation
fee. Order-In will do its best to minimize any cancellation fees.

8. Who do I call if there is a problem?
If you have any problems with your order, please contact our Customer
Support desk at 1300 851 900.

9. How do I know that my order has been received by the caterer or
restaurant?

Once the caterer or restaurant has received your order, we will then contact
you directly by email to confirm your order.

10. How do I know these are the best suppliers?
All caterers that Order-In represents have been carefully selected. Order-In has undertaken the following measures to ensure they are "Best in class" food service establishments:

We have done a physical inspection of their kitchens to ensure they are clean, robust, and able to manage multiple orders.

We have sampled their food. We have checked all references to ensure that their quality of food and service is consistent

11. How can I get in contact with the caterer or restaurant?
If you have questions about your order please contact the Order-In Customer Support desk at 1300 851 900. If they are unable to help you, they will provide you with the contact information of the caterer or restaurant.



Pricing Policy:
Please note all menu prices exclude GST. The 10% Goods & Services Tax is
added to those items that incur GST at time of purchase. Order-In will
strive to maintain their prices over the life of our most current catalogue.
However, we reserve the right to alter prices without notice.

Alcohol Orders:
All alcohol orders will be invoiced directly by the alcohol merchant. PLEASE NOTE: Invoices from the merchant are payable directly to Order-In Pty Ltd.

Service Fee:
Please be advised that each order will incur a service fee of approximately 3-5%. Orders placed online attracted a 3% service fee, while orders placed over the phone attract a 5% service fee. This amount will be highlighted on your order.

is important to us. Please take a few minutes to read the following policy
so that you understand how we treat your personal information. As we
continuously improve and expand our services, this policy might change. So

When you register to become an Order-In.com.au member in order to use our service, you are required to provide us with your full legal name, full street address including city, state and postal code, and telephone number. You must also provide an Email Address and Password.

Once you are a registered member, you can quickly access our online ordering system using your email address and password. We will store this information for you on our servers. Every time you use our service, we collect information about the caterers and restaurants you select and the orders you place. We collect additional information about how you use our website and service.

If you contact us by letter, phone, fax or email through the contact
information on the "Feedback" Page, we will collect your sender
information and may collect the other information you voluntarily disclose to us.

How we store the information we collect.
We store the information you provide to us and the information we collect electronically in our computer databases. Access to our computer servers is controlled by firewalls and security gatekeepers.

How we use the information we collect.
We use the personal information about you stored in our member database in various ways. First, the next time you use our service and enter your Email Address and Password, we will call up your information out of our database to make processing your order faster and easier.

We do not sell your personal information, or any information that can be identified to you personally, to any third-party marketers or other third parties. We do aggregate information about how our service is used (without specific identification to any particular user or member) to be able to improve our service and make it more responsive to members preferences. We also make such aggregate information (without identification to any specific individual) available to our restaurant affiliates and other affiliates in order to obtain information about products, services, offers and notices which we believe will be useful and informative to our website users and Order-In members.

You can limit our communications directly to you. If you do not want to receive emails from us in the future, please let us know. You can change your preferences, or opt out of receiving emails at any time (except when you are in the process of placing an order) by emailing us at enquiries@orderin.com.au.

You can access your information.
Upon your request, we will provide you with access to your unique
account-related information. In your request, please provide us with your current specific contact information so that we can accurately check our records.

How is my information protected?
Your information is password-protected. In order to maintain this protection, we caution you not to provide your password to anyone. We do not give your password to anyone. We recommend that, if you share your computer with other people, you close your browser window when your session is completed. Signing off will protect your information if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library.
